1. Introduction

Welcome to the SolarGreen Dashboard ("Dashboard"). By accessing or using the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The Dashboard is operated by SolarGreen Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Dashboard including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Dashboard.

2. Access and Use

The Dashboard is designed to monitor and analyze solar energy systems. By using the Dashboard, you represent that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement;
  • You will use the Dashboard following these Terms;
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Integration with SMA Monitoring API

The Dashboard integrates with SMA Monitoring API to provide real-time data from your solar system. By using the Dashboard, you:

  • Authorize us to access your SMA system data on your behalf;
  • Acknowledge that the availability of data depends on SMA's services;
  • Understand that we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in data provided by SMA;
  • Agree that we may store and process your SMA system data to provide our services.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Dashboard, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Dashboard, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, software, and code, are owned by SolarGreen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • The Dashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Dashboard.
  • We are not responsible for any issues related to the performance, operation, or security of the Dashboard that arise from third-party services, including SMA's API.

7. Modifications to Terms and Dashboard

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Dashboard. Your continued use of the Dashboard after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Dashboard at any time without notice or liability.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Dashboard immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
